Help Desk- Products
    Scienter help desk offer’s its customers support in using its software products. We understand that in using a software solution, our customers may have various queries at different points of time. Scienter offers help in solving customer issues if any, and are available to provide advice when needed.
Hardware support services
    Scienter offers comprehensive hardware support services to its customers. Our qualified engineers and support service personnel can help repair, upgrade you IT equipment and suggested new IT equipment when needed.
Onsite / In-house Customer Services
    In deploying s software product at a customer location we offer onsite/ in-house support services. Scienter’s professional training personnel will train company staff in handling the software. Once deployed, if you require further services on Scienter software solutions, we offer on site / in house services.
